This product adopts Model Predictive Control (MPC) technology. Through step response testing, it thoroughly analyzes the coupling mechanisms among various process variables, and builds a multi-input, multi-output predictive control model. By continuously optimizing through a closed loop of “prediction – feedback correction – rolling optimization,” it aims to reduce production costs while increasing cement output and improving product quality. Leveraging advanced technologies such as MPC, fuzzy control, and soft sensing, the system constructs intelligent control models to realize kiln condition recognition, clinker and cement quality prediction, automatic optimization of key process indicators, and predictive control throughout the entire cement production process. This addresses the challenge of intelligent optimization control in core cement manufacturing processes, significantly enhancing automation levels, lowering production costs, conserving energy, and reducing carbon emissions.
